Stop dreaming. Start writing.
Everything I wish I knew when I started writing.
Most writers are addicted to the perfect fantasy of their unwritten genius because they are too terrified to face the reality of one messy, honest sentence.
That is perfectionism disguised as potential. A mental prison where people wait for perfect conditions that will never arrive.

Journal of a Not-So-Mad Schizophrenic
Deep and personal. This is the book for lost seekers, outsiders, overthinkers, and people trying to make sense of themselves.
It is the clearest doorway into the work: mental health, addiction, writing, becoming, and trying to build a meaningful life without pretending the messy bits never happened.

About
From half-baked to chipping away.
For more than 20 years I've been building things on the web, writing, journalling, falling over, getting back up, and trying to understand what makes people tick.
In my twenties I struggled with serious instability, alcohol and drug issues, and mental health problems up to my earballs. Writing helped me make sense of myself. Books helped me rebuild. Now my work is about helping other thoughtful people stop hiding from the page and start making meaningful progress.
