About Ricky

For more than 20 years I've been building things on the web, creating websites, apps, tools, and digital products.

My interest in psychology, personal growth, and self-understanding came from a different place. In my twenties I struggled with serious mental health challenges and spent years trying to understand what was happening to me.

I read extensively, journalled relentlessly, and gradually worked my way toward greater self-awareness, authenticity, stability, and a better understanding of both myself and others.

Today my work sits at the intersection of technology, writing, and human development.

I build apps that help people think, write, journal, and make progress. I write books that encourage reflection and growth. I create videos that explore psychology, behaviour, self-improvement, and the challenges of being human.

My goal is simple: to create useful things that help people understand themselves better, think more clearly, and live more intentionally.
