1. Returns & Refunds Policy
We aim to be fair, transparent, and practical for both customers and our business.
Digital Products (downloads, ebooks, PDFs, software)
Refunds are handled case by case. We may issue a refund when:
- You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
- You experience a technical issue we cannot resolve.
- The product does not meet reasonable expectations and you contact us within 14 days.
We may decline a digital refund when:
- The product has been downloaded, accessed, or used extensively.
- The request is made after 14 days.
- There is evidence of abuse or bad faith.
Physical Products (books, cards, print packs)
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery when:
- The item is damaged or defective.
- The wrong item was received.
- You are unsatisfied and the item is unused and in original condition.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Services (coaching, consults, workshops)
- Cancellations up to 24 hours before the session: full refund or reschedule.
- Cancellations inside 24 hours and no-shows: non-refundable.
- If unsatisfied, contact us within 7 days and we will work to resolve it, including partial or full refund where appropriate.
