Writing is still where it’s at for me. I’ve got plenty of unfinished work in the pipeline. But for now, I’m setting that aside, along with videos, to make the most of the moment. AI is cheap, for now. The cost of compute is rising, and AI companies are absorbing a lot of that to win market share and lock people in. That won’t last. I want to take advantage of this window while I can. That means cleaning up old apps and finally building the ones I’ve had sitting on the backburner. Writing stays first. Coding comes second. But I’m not missing the chance to produce a large volume of work, quickly. I’ve already hit usage limits after burning through tokens over the last few days. Even so, the output has been massive. In three days, I’ve done what would normally take me months, and at a higher level than I could manage alone. I’m shifting from doing the work to directing it. Coding is still enjoyable, but it’s hard to ignore the leverage. A day’s worth of progress can now come from a few well-placed prompts.
