Three books I'll be publishing in the coming year/s The Embodiment of Love------------------------- The first might not make it out this year—the draft is written, the words are down—but the process feels too precious. The book means a lot to me. It’s written in prose poetry, so it might not do well commercially, but I believe it’s my magnum opus. I truly believe that if you follow the advice in that book, your relationships will be stronger and your heart will be fuller. Because it means so much, the resistance is strong. I keep choosing easier projects to work on first. I’m also less emotionally invested in the ones coming out first—so if they flop, it won’t hurt as much. In the Works: A Misspent Youth--------------------------- Pinga’s, Parties, Pokies, Pubs, Pool, Pingpong, Beers, Bongs, Broads, Brothers, Blues, Beefs & Bad Behaviour This one’s been in the works for 3 or 4 years. It’s a raw, quippy journal-style book about my life before I got my act together. It doesn’t pull punches. It’s for anyone who’s ever had a good heart but ended up off the rails—finding themselves in all sorts of completely unnecessary trouble. Total Chaos: Project Seagull – The Twisted Australian Mind - A Satire of Insanity by Ricky Browne Originally released at the start of 2024 under a different name. I wasn’t happy with it, so I dove in for a rewrite. It was mad already—but now it’s just insane. I’m not sure if it’s a work of genius or a wild splash of paint on the walls of my brain.
